Overview

Advent Advisory Group, LLC had become the victim of an old website platform that was not easy to update and had added more and more content to their site over the years with too many calls-to-action. The site had become dated and desperately needed an overhaul.

Approach

The Walker Group’s Digital Marketing Team took the reigns to migrate the site to a more user-friendly and functional platform, taking the burden off of the client so that they could focus on their business goals and clients. User experience/interface (UX/UI) and updated site imagery were the primary goals for this initiative.

Outcome

Advent’s new website lays out their organization’s information and services in a more streamlined way, allowing site visitors to easily navigate through the content. This will allow their current and prospective clients to quickly find, inquire about and request a quote for up the services that they will need. In addition, the illustration design elements of the website are more creative and reflect a more current website which provides validity and authenticity to the organization.

Task:

Advent wanted to issue animated eCards to congratulate the participants who completed their various programs throughout the year. These had very timely distribution dates and each card was tailored to represent a specific program. In addition, Advent requested the creation of a holiday eCard which they would send to all clients.

Result:

The Walker Group created 5 program eCards and a holiday eCard which Advent found to be second to none. Our Digital Project Manager and Animator worked closely with the Advent lead to identify imagery and functionality that would represent Advent’s branding and appreciation for their clients and participants. Recipients have become accustomed to seeing the creativity and the overall open rate for the eCards was 90% -- a fantastic result!
