ART DIRECTOR

Nicole Joanna Pierzchalski

Published & Award-Winning Art Director specializing in creating compelling brands and visually engaging websites, blending strategic design with impactful storytelling to elevate digital and visual identities.

Originally from Poland, where my roots run deep, I have always been drawn to the arts. A proud Dean’s List graduate from the University of Connecticut, my journey began with a passion for creativity at the age of five. From drawing to dancing, my early experiences shaped me into a professional ballroom latin dancer and a creative professional in the digital industry.

My teenage years introduced me to Adobe Creative Cloud, sparking my fascination with digital design. This passion led me to pursue a degree in Digital Media & Design for Business Strategies. Since joining The Walker Group in 2016, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Art Director for the Digital Marketing Solutions Department.

I often describe my mind as a kaleidoscope—whether I’m designing websites, building brand identities, drawing, dancing, or even cooking, I’m always seeking rhythm and meaning in everything I create. My spiritual practice has opened doors to deeper levels of understanding and expression, influencing my work in unexpected and profound ways. I am deeply passionate about what I do and find fulfillment in bringing ideas to life through design and creativity.

Ballroom Latin

I began my dance journey with ballet at the age of 5 and transitioned to ballroom dancing at 11, where I discovered my passion. By the time I was 13, I had set my sights on becoming a professional dancer. I was fortunate to train under some of the greatest legends in the dance world, including "Dancing with the Stars" pro Karina Smirnoff. Hard work and dedication paid off during my amateur career, where I became Vice Champion of the United States, placed 3rd at the Prestigious Blackpool Dance Festival in England, and won numerous championships across the U.S. Achieving my lifelong dream, I proudly turned professional. The best reward of all is that I get to share the gift of dance with my students - making their dreams come true. Teaching them more than dance steps - creating life-time memories, and lessons that develop their character.
